How to choose
Load cell and indicator selection depends on platform capacity, number of load cells, graduation requirement, site moisture exposure, and whether the customer needs printer, display, computer, LAN, or software connectivity. IP68/IP69K protection is important for outdoor weighbridge reliability.
Analog and digital load cells
Analog load cells connect through a junction box, while digital load cells output weight data directly for superior accuracy, noise resistance, and faster fault diagnostics. Digital load cells are available with an in-built surge arrester and can eliminate the junction box, which reduces wiring points and simplifies troubleshooting.

Digital weighing indicators
Microcontroller-based indicators with full digital calibration and field-programmable settings drive the weighbridge display and control. Industrial-grade SMPS power supply and LCD/LED display keep readings clear in all site conditions.
